RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund or an exchange with in 30 days.
Buyer must contact us before returning a part to receive an RMA. Refunds can only be processed using the original payment method. No receipt = no refund – no exceptions. You must include all original parts, packaging, instructions and materials to receive a refund. Once a part is installed on a vehicle it is non-returnable. Used items are not returnable.
Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping on returns, unless we sent an incorrect part, a part arrives damaged, or a part arrives incomplete.
Limited Lifetime Warranty:
PartsAvenue warrants only to the original purchaser of this product that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. PartsAvenue reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping product to PartsAvenue for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this limited warranty, Purchaser must make claim within 60 days of occurrence, and must present acceptable proof of original ownership (such as original receipt, or other documentation PartsAvenue deems acceptable) for the product. PartsAvenue, at its option, shall repair, replace or refund the undepreciated portion of the purchase price ($0.50 per month) excluding transportation costs paid by Buyer. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. This limited warranty is valid only if the product is used with the vehicle or equipment. Except for the limited warranty provided herein, to the extent permitted by law, PartsAvenue disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including all warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. Refund or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy.
